Beyond her professionalism, Jlenia's delightful personality made the entire planning process enjoyable. She is sweet, personable, and an absolute joy to work with. "Jlenia has been the BEST decision I’ve made to make my wedding dreams come true. She completely understood my vision and was able to pull off an action packed wedding week. From last minute questions of pre-wedding activities for my guests to rehearsal dinners to the wonderful wedding event. My wedding week has been the most memorable experience for my family friends and I. My wedding day involved a helicopter ride through the Dolomites. Then Jlenia had the helicopter drop us off at the amazing venue of the Lumen mountain photography museum. Jlenia incorporated a jazz singer and guitarist for the ceremony with the most beautiful floral arrangement that was designed based off my wedding dress. In addition to this she was able to assist my guests to the museum via gondola rides. Jlenia was so seamless, efficient, organized, calm and fun to work with. She made my day so easy and I had an absolute blast. We even did a snowboarding/ ski ride after the ceremony and Jlenia was able to have the ski rentals at the museum waiting for us so we didn’t have to do any work.
After which we had our reception at a Michelin star restaurant inside a German castle with a stellar DJ. Honestly, it was the best wedding, best day. All the vendors she curated are top notch talent and so easy and fun to work with. They all ended up being good friends. And the cake, the cake was soooo delicious and everything matched perfectly. As a person who works in the entertainment industry, if Jlenia ever wanted to change careers I told her she would be an amazing producer in film and television.
I am highly impressed with her and her team. I would give her a solid 10 stars!"

"Without Jlenia we would not have had the most magical and special days in the mountains in April this year. She helped us arrange location visits on a trip we took to the area of Meran (which we know very well) and over into the Dolomites which we had never visited. Her recommendations were spot on given we had only spoken to her over a few Skype calls and we had shortlisted 3 venues. We then continued on with Jlenia once we had decided on the perfect one for us, with her connections, knowledge of the area and vendor suggestions really helping so much when planning is done from another country. She is great in responding, flexible, open to changes and ultimately just amazing at what she does! We had significant snowfall on the day of the wedding where Jlenia was invaluable in coordinating last minute logistic tweaks and was even clearing snow from the area in the lead up to the ceremony - truly dedicated to the perfect final touches. Without her presence and hard work the wedding day would have been stressful to manage, but having Jlenia allowed us to relax and enjoy and it was the best day, surpassing even our expectations. Jlenia versteht sofort wie man es gerne hätte, bringt jedoch Tipps & Erfahrungen mit ein und hat immer sofort Ideen für die perfekte Umsetzung dabei :-) Auch auf Ihr Netzwerk ist Verlass, da Sie uns 2 Tage vor der freien Trauung innerhalb 10 Minuten eine neue Traurednerin organisiert hat, da der geplante Trauredner aufgrund Corona ausgefallen ist. Wir konnten in jeder Situation zu 100% auf sie und Ihre Dienstleister zählen und dank Jlenia durften wir ein wunderschönes Hochzeitswochenende erleben!

Jlenia helped us plan our elopement this past August and she was amazing to work with! She was so organized and helped minimize the stress as much as possible. She helped us pick the most amazing locations in the Dolomites, officiated our wedding, coordinated with our vendors, and even helped me track down one of my wedding outfits when the shipment was delayed. We really could not recommend enough.

Jlenia is the absolute BEST! If you are planning a wedding in the Dolomites, you don't need to look any further. We spoke with several wedding planners before deciding to work with Jlenia and she organised our dream wedding in Südtirol. She has always been extremely transparent, knowledgeable, and it's clear she has the highest standards. She is also friendly, fun, and a joy to be around! From our early video calls and when we met for a whole day for location scouting, Jlenia always took the greatest care to understand and really listen to what was important to us and bring our wedding day to life – you can trust her judgement & expertise fully. Everything felt so calm, smooth, and fun, and we had the most PERFECT weekend for our civil & symbolic ceremony. There was no stress in the lead up to our wedding as Jlenia took care of everything with such finesse. We got to enjoy ourselves for the entire weekend because of Jlenia's organisation skills, friendly nature, and professionalism. Even when the weather forecast changed to rain, Jlenia seamlessly moved everything up so we could enjoy the outdoor ceremony. She was everywhere on the wedding day but always in the background working with poise; steaming my wedding dress, making sure the aperitif, ceremony, and dinner locations were set up perfectly, bringing the guests to the ceremony, organising where we should be and at what time, plus likely hundreds more things! Every single vendor that Jlenia recommended to us was amazing – our guests were extremely complementary of how wonderful the venue and vendors were! We're so grateful to Jlenia for helping us have the most perfect wedding and we will gladly recommend her to anyone wanting to get married in the Dolomites! We knew the day would be amazing but it truly exceeded all of our expectations ❤️

Jlenia was absolutely AMAZING from start to finish with our wedding planning. We're from the U.S. so planning a wedding at Hotel Kolfuschgerhof/Col Pradat in the Dolomites remotely was a daunting task but Jlenia made is so seamless! If you are thinking about getting a planner to help you in the South Tyrol region for a wedding I highly recommend working with her. Jlenia is a local and her knowledge of the region, vendors, & contacts are invaluable during the planning process. We told her our vision and she presented options and created the perfect weekend. When we visited to checkout the venue she spent the entire day with us walking through step by step to make sure that it was curated to match our vision and then the day of she not only made sure that everything we had asked for happened she was there every step of the way. Our wedding was absolutely PERFECT and we could not believe how well everything was organized and executed on the day of...Exceeded all of our expectations, we couldn’t be happier.

We are currently heading back to Houston, TX from our honeymoon and I could not wait to write this review. Jlenia made all of our wedding dreams come true. Our day and the days leading up to and following the wedding were pure magic thanks to Jlenia. We knew prior to our engagement that we wanted a non traditional intimate elopement in the Dolomites which brought me to Jlenia. From our first video call I felt instantly comfortable and in the right hands. We had never been to the Dolomites before but we put all of our trust in her knowledge/expertise and we were not disappointed. She helped us figure out the best venue for both rehearsal dinner and wedding and helped us coordinate with every vendor. There wasn’t a single detail that she did not have covered. When we arrived with our families, she had prepared our welcome gift bags and from day 1 she was available for whatever we needed/ wanted and worked to make sure we had the most amazing time in the Dolomites. I cannot say enough great things about the wedding day. Everything was beyond our wildest dreams and was very importantly stress free. If you are considering a wedding in the Dolomites- do it! And we 1000% would recommend Jlenia for all your wedding planning needs. Hands down best decision we made.
